Beth Persky has practiced immigration law for more than 30 years. She is experienced in all areas of immigration law, and now focuses mainly on business and family immigration.
Ms. Persky is a Certified Specialist in Immigration and Nationality Law with the California Board of Legal Specialization. She chairs the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Committee of the American Immigration Lawyers Association’s Georgia-Alabama chapter.
Ms. Persky received her J.D. from the Boston University School of Law in 1991 and a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from the Fletcher School at Tufts University in 1992. She received her undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Michigan
